As a Barista, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences by following service steps with quality engagement. You will prepare handcrafted beverages to high standards of taste and consistency, contribute to a positive team environment, and drive sales through product education and suggestive selling. You will also maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffeebar while working with urgency in a fast-paced setting.
