The Sales Associate plays a vital role in achieving store sales goals by upholding the Alo experience and brand mission. You will create an authentic, organic experience for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and sharing our community and culture. As an expert in our product line, you will be knowledgeable about features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a team environment and value a culture of feedback and excellence. Key responsibilities include driving sales goals, engaging with customers to provide a friendly shopping environment, and building long-term client relationships. You will work with the leadership team to analyze reports, strategize for growth, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additionally, you will assist with shipment processing, visual merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. This role requires constant movement, including lifting, bending, and standing for the duration of your shift.
