The Sales Associate works to achieve store sales goals by setting the Alo experience and brand mission standard. You will create an authentic, organic experience for every guest through genuine connection, product education, and sharing our community and culture. As an expert in all facets of product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care, you will thrive in a team-oriented environment that values feedback and excellence. Key responsibilities include driving sales goals, engaging with customers, building client relationships, and analyzing reports to strategize for growth. You will assist in processing shipments, maintaining visual merchandising, and ensuring all front and back-of-house procedures are executed according to company policy. This role requires constant movement, and you will be expected to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting at all times.
