In addition to being a customer service superstar, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's aesthetic and operational standards. This includes ensuring cleanliness, following established procedures, and managing daily cash, food, and inventory paperwork. Your proactive participation in monthly deep cleans, team meetings, product sampling, and reviewing customer comments will significantly contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.
