About this role

The Operations Lead is a senior, leadership-focused role responsible for driving store performance, coaching the operations team, and ensuring strong execution across inventory, visual standards, and overall store efficiency. This position requires a balance of operational oversight, business acumen, and people management to maintain high standards within the retail environment. In this role, you will lead inventory management efforts, including reducing shrink and identifying root causes for inventory discrepancies. You will oversee shipments, receiving, replenishment, and floor sets while maintaining high visual merchandising and stockroom standards. You will also ensure that all store operations are conducted safely and efficiently. As a business leader, you will partner with management on budgets, reporting, expenses, and inventory control. You will utilize performance metrics to guide business decisions and remain active on the shop floor to support daily operations. You will also lead and coach Operations Associates, support hiring and onboarding, provide ongoing performance feedback, and foster a strong team culture. Additionally, you will collaborate with visual and sales leadership to execute company-wide operational initiatives.
